As well as a raft of initiatives to reduce our own carbon footprint, we provide transparency and bespoke reporting to help customers lower costs and environmental impact, with sustainable management of assets like furniture and IT equipment.

A Positive Move for DEFRA

Supporting an ambitious Asset 360 project, we helped DEFRA to minimise waste, disruption, and cost by performing a space utilisation study and relocating three buildings in a five-month timeframe.

The project was commended at the IWFM Awards in 2023.

Restarting School Computers

The shutdown of schools and colleges during COVID-19 highlighted a major IT equipment shortage across the UK.

We worked with several SMEs who were undergoing relocations, to recondition surplus laptops and donate them directly to schools in our local area.

Instrumental Learning

In 2019, we rolled out a music funding initiative with Winsford Academy in Cheshire.

Following a workplace tragedy, the Nathan Clarke Music Sponsorship Scheme was set up to help disadvantaged students lean into their passion for learning a musical instrument.
